Where We Ship

We currently deliver to:

  • Portugal
  • Spain

Our products are shipped from our distribution centres in the UK or Holland, depending on stock availability and the most efficient route for your order.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time to Portugal and Spain is 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs/transport delays.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and product size/weight.

Large furniture pieces may require a specialist 2-man delivery service. If applicable, this will be clearly shown before checkout.


Delivery Process

  1. Your order is processed and prepared in our UK or Holland warehouse.
  2. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or courier confirmation.
  3. Delivery will be made to the address you provide at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed appointment, re-delivery fees may apply.


Customs & Duties

All taxes and duties are included for deliveries to Portugal and Spain.
You will not be charged import duties on delivery.


Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all orders shipped to Portugal and Spain.

Standard Stock Items – 14-Day Returns

You may return standard stock items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important notes:

  • A 25% restock fee applies (covers return transport & handling from EU back to our UK warehouse)
  • You pay return shipping
    (Typical cost €100–€300 depending on the item and your location)
  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Refund example:
€1,000 product → €750 refund (you also pay the return shipping cost)

Made-to-Order / Custom Items

Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
This includes:

  • Items produced after your order
  • Custom fabric, colour, or finish
  • Non-standard sizes
  • Products marked “Made-to-Order” or “Custom”

Legal basis: EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c)

Faulty or Damaged Items

Faulty items can always be returned.

We provide:

  • Full refund or free replacement
  • No restock fee
  • We pay all return shipping costs

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

How to Return

  1. Email sales@oliveandashfurniture.com within 14 days.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and refund calculation.
  3. Return the item using tracked, insured shipping.
  4. Refund is issued within 14 days of receipt.
